  • Nope. Not at all. It is all about maturity. I learned to shoot at 6 and start my children at 6 too. Guns are not evil. Liberals are evil. Only big city liberals think children, and adults for that matter, can't learn to be responsible.

  • Knives are tools, that could be misused as a weapon. Just like any other tool. So are High heeled shoes or pencils. In fact they are the tool that allowed mankind to advance so far. Without knives we would be as the apes. That's the problem.

  • Who says a six yr old can't or shouldn't cut steak? All you have to do is teach them. You should start teaching them life skills as early as possible, as early as they can understand the principle.
